Shipping Policy

Welcome to JS & Associates (JSA). We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days.
    • Overnight / Same-Day Delivery: Available upon request for select orders. Please contact us for availability and pricing. Orders must typically be placed before 1 PM.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • JS & Associates (JSA) is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at shop@jsassociates.com or call 949.570.1513.
  • Please include photos of the damage so we can evaluate and assist with a resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • JS & Associates (JSA) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.

Changes to Your Order

  • Order Modifications: We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, but we will do our best if contacted immediately.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that time, processing may have already begun.
