JSA Design Site Visit services provide on-site assessment and design support to evaluate existing conditions and inform lighting and control system design. This service is intended to support accurate system planning through field verification and coordination with project stakeholders.
During the site visit, JSA personnel assess lighting systems, control infrastructure, and electrical conditions as they relate to the project scope.
Design Site Visit May Include:
On-site assessment of the property and existing conditions
Review of lighting fixtures, circuits, and controls devices
Evaluation of lighting control opportunities and zoning strategies
Field verification of lighting and electrical systems relevant to JSA scope
Coordination with project stakeholders to confirm design intent and constraints
JSA design visits are scheduled after approval and project coordination. This service is billed as a one (1) day on-site visit and does not include travel expenses. Travel-related costs, including airfare, lodging, and vehicle rental or transportation will be billed at actual cost plus a fifteen (15%) administrative markup.
Additional services or follow-up design work will be billed separately.
